Get to know Scott

Scott started as Greens Superintendent at Walnut Creek in 2012. Prior to being at WCCC, Scott worked in Philadelphia at the Philadelphia Cricket Club as Superintendent of the Wissahickon course. Outside of work Scott enjoys spending time with his family, and enjoying the outdoors as well as golfing as much as possible with members, friends, and colleagues.

Jordan graduated from Michigan State University in December 2018 and joined the Walnut Creek CC team in January 2019. Jordan has worked at multiple courses in Michigan during his early career and most recently completed an internship at Baltimore Country Club in Maryland. We're excited to welcome another MSU graduate on staff!

Get to know Chris

Chris is a Michigan State University graduate in Turfgrass Management. Following graduation, Chris worked at Walnut Creek from May 2015 - October 2016. Then, Chris moved on to Boca West Country Club in Boca Raton, Florida where he was First Assistant of the Palmer #1 course. After this, Chris became a caddie at TPC Sawgrass for a short period before taking a First Assistant position at Bent Tree Country Club in Dallas, TX. Last summer Chris made the decision to come back to Michigan to be close to family and accepted the position of Assistant Superintendent again at Walnut Creek CC with the hopes of being part of the looming golf course renovation.

Get to know Tugg

Tugg is a Newfoundland/Border Collie/Springer Spaniel who Scott and his wife adopted from Fido's Rescue in Ohio. Tugg is 7 years old and loves his days on the course. Please feel free and stop anytime and say hello to him on the course, he loves meeting people!
